About the Company

Role Overview
The Operations Officer will be responsible for keeping mall operations running efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and helping maintain a safe, customer-friendly environment across the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day mall activities and make sure all facilities operate without disruption.
- Work closely with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure coordinated service delivery.
- Respond to tenant concerns and provide operational support where needed.
- Carry out routine checks of common spaces, washrooms, parking zones, and other facility areas.
- Maintain adherence to safety, hygiene, health, and operational compliance standards.
- Manage customer grievances and follow through until issues are resolved.
- Track vendor service levels and evaluate performance against expected standards.
- Support the planning and execution of mall events, promotions, and special activities.
- Document operational activities and prepare regular reports and records.
- Assist in emergency preparedness, incident handling, and response procedures.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a similar discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in mall operations, facility management, hospitality, retail operations, or a comparable role.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with effective coordination skills.
- Good analytical thinking, issue-resolution capability, and customer handling skills.
