Role Overview

The Operations Officer will be responsible for keeping mall operations running efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and helping maintain a safe, customer-friendly environment across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mall activities and make sure all facilities operate without disruption.
• Work closely with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Respond to tenant concerns and provide operational support where needed.
• Carry out routine checks of common spaces, washrooms, parking zones, and other facility areas.
• Maintain adherence to safety, hygiene, health, and operational compliance standards.
• Manage customer grievances and follow through until issues are resolved.
• Track vendor service levels and evaluate performance against expected standards.
• Support the planning and execution of mall events, promotions, and special activities.
• Document operational activities and prepare regular reports and records.
• Assist in emergency preparedness, incident handling, and response procedures.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a similar discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in mall operations, facility management, hospitality, retail operations, or a comparable role.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities with effective coordination skills.
• Good analytical thinking, issue-resolution capability, and customer handling skills.

Eligibility

Candidates with the required educational background and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in operations, facility, hospitality, or retail environments are suitable to apply.
