Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Motor Winder to join our team at Topline Electric Motors Ltd located in Abbotsford, British Columbia. This on-site position involves the precise winding and rewinding of rotors and stators, alongside conducting electrical and mechanical tasks related to electric motors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform winding and rewinding operations on electric motor rotors and stators.
• Carry out various electrical and mechanical duties associated with motor repair.
• Diagnose motor issues and execute troubleshooting techniques effectively.
• Conduct maintenance and necessary repairs to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Expertise

• Proven hands-on experience in winding and rewinding electric motors and related mechanical and electrical tasks.
• Strong skills in diagnosing motor faults and performing maintenance and corrective repairs.
• Solid understanding of electrical theory paired with adherence to safety protocols.
• Familiarity with the tools and equipment standard to motor winding and repair operations.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and schematics.
• Prior work in electric motor repair facilities or similar industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Exceptional attention to detail complemented by strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate within a team or operate independently.
