Job Overview
As a Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA), you will be responsible for ensuring products are well-stocked and attractively displayed, aiming to enhance the customer shopping experience while prioritizing safety, precision, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement pricing updates, product rotation, and special initiatives to optimize product presentation in alignment with supplier requirements.
- Apply merchandising strategies to maintain correct product displays that stimulate sales growth.
- Construct and maintain displays and fixtures using basic hand tools and power tools, including updating signage and promotional materials.
- Work collaboratively within teams under onsite supervision, servicing multiple store departments, which involves physical tasks such as frequent lifting, bending, and the operation of lift equipment.
- Foster positive relationships with store associates and deliver outstanding service to both internal colleagues and external customers.
- Available positions include day and overnight shifts, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.
