Mechatronics Engineer

Job Overview

As a Mechatronics Engineer at Automaze Innovations LLP based in Surat, Gujarat, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating integrated systems combining mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automation components. This role requires hands-on involvement in hardware and software development to create innovative automated machinery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design machine concepts, produce 3D models and engineering blueprints, and assemble prototypes.
• Choose appropriate motors, sensors, controllers, actuators, cameras, and other hardware elements.
• Develop control software for PLCs, microcontrollers, Raspberry Pi, and embedded systems.
• Create electrical panels, wiring layouts, power circuitry, and enforce safety interlocks.
• Integrate advanced technologies such as machine vision, robotics, motion control, and industrial communication networks.
• Conduct system calibrations, troubleshoot issues, carry out preventive maintenance, and assess system performance.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, electronics, software, production, and quality assurance teams.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documents including bills of materials, test reports, and operator manuals.
• Support machine installation processes, demonstrate products to customers, train operators, and contribute to ongoing product enhancements.

Skills and Expertise

• Experience in mechanical and electrical system design and integration
• Proficiency with 3D modeling and engineering drawing tools
• Knowledge of selecting and implementing motors, sensors, actuators, and control devices
• Ability to develop control programs on PLCs, microcontrollers, and embedded platforms such as Raspberry Pi
• Skills in electrical panel design, wiring diagrams, and safety circuit layouts
• Familiarity with machine vision systems, robotics, motion control, and industrial communication protocols
• Capability to perform system calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges between INR 12,000 and 30,000.
