Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to spearhead business development efforts by targeting gemstone manufacturers, diamond processing plants, jewelry producers, and gemstone exporters. The role involves hands-on field engagement, product demonstrations, and closing sales of gemstone gauging and measuring machines.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the gemstone and jewelry sector to cultivate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular on-site visits and deliver live demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of our gemstone gauging equipment.
- Comprehend customer production workflows and quality control needs to tailor machine configurations accordingly.
- Generate and nurture leads through industrial visits, exhibitions, referrals, cold calls, and networking events, following through diligently to close sales.
- Achieve set sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis while sustaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate commercial terms and pricing, collaborating with management to finalize deals.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships by offering prompt support, regular engagement, and identifying opportunities for additional business.
- Monitor market developments, competitor products, pricing strategies, and collect customer feedback to adapt sales tactics and uncover new prospects.
- Coordinate closely with technical, production, installation, and service teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, quotations, sales forecasts, and CRM updates; submit regular performance reports to management.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 60,000 based on performance and targets achieved.
