Overview
Udyoga Talent Solutions is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team at Pammal / Thandalacheri, Chennai. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range from ₹240000 to ₹900000 per annum. Both freshers and experienced candidates with a background in Industrial or B2B sales are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation is required; MBA in Marketing is considered an advantage.
- Effective communication and negotiation capabilities are essential.
- Awareness of engineering, steel, or chemical product industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet and engage customers.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Expand business opportunities across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and successfully close orders.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to foster strong relationships.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Meet sales targets consistently and produce timely reports.
- Carry out market research to maintain customer satisfaction and adapt strategies accordingly.
