Overview

Udyoga Talent Solutions is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team at Pammal / Thandalacheri, Chennai. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range from ₹240000 to ₹900000 per annum. Both freshers and experienced candidates with a background in Industrial or B2B sales are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation is required; MBA in Marketing is considered an advantage.
• Effective communication and negotiation capabilities are essential.
• Awareness of engineering, steel, or chemical product industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet and engage customers.
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Expand business opportunities across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and successfully close orders.
• Conduct regular visits to customers to foster strong relationships.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Meet sales targets consistently and produce timely reports.
• Carry out market research to maintain customer satisfaction and adapt strategies accordingly.
