About the Role
Join a global leader in beauty and technology committed to shaping the future of the industry through innovation and sustainability. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key contributor within the marketing team, supporting Business Leaders and Product Managers both administratively and operationally. You will oversee the coordination of marketing materials from point-of-sale to e-commerce and act as a vital liaison between agencies and internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Business Leaders and Product Managers.
- Manage the coordination and production of POS and e-commerce marketing materials while adhering to budget constraints.
- Serve as the primary interface between external agencies and internal L'Oréal departments.
- Create professional presentations and develop detailed analytical reports.
- Support various projects by tracking deadlines and facilitating internal and external communications.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a completed vocational training and at least two years of experience in assistance roles.
- Demonstrate a proactive, independent, analytical, and creative approach to project management.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, teamwork, reliability, and excellent communication abilities.
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong verbal and written skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with databases.
