Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee the KPI system at SASC, setting clear performance targets for all departments to drive operational excellence.
- Perform regular evaluations of organizational performance through data analysis and track progress on improvement initiatives.
- Lead key projects focused on Manufacturing Value Analysis (MVA), cost reduction, and enhancing productivity.
- Manage the execution of budgets effectively, focusing on cost control and optimizing operational expenditures.
