Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the KPI system at SASC, setting clear performance targets for all departments to drive operational excellence.
• Perform regular evaluations of organizational performance through data analysis and track progress on improvement initiatives.
• Lead key projects focused on Manufacturing Value Analysis (MVA), cost reduction, and enhancing productivity.
• Manage the execution of budgets effectively, focusing on cost control and optimizing operational expenditures.
