Influencing senior stakeholders across various teams and delivering significant marketplace and business improvements is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the strategic vision for Earner Pricing and Matching, prioritizing high-impact marketplace improvements and steering cross-team initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to boost reliability, efficiency, and outcomes.
- Integrate insights across pricing, matching, incentives, positioning, and quality to produce a comprehensive understanding of marketplace levers and utilize this to identify and address fundamental marketplace challenges.
- Drive the most complex and ambiguous strategic problems through well-framed business strategies and actionable analytical insights.
- Effectively communicate and advocate strategy through compelling, data-driven presentations that build consensus among diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at senior levels.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields; advanced degrees like an MBA are a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in operations, product operations, analytics, strategy, management consulting, or product management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven strategic thinking and business judgment, capable of long-range planning and navigating complex trade-offs in uncertain environments.
- Strong analytical proficiency in breaking down complex problems, processing large datasets, and generating actionable insights.
- Understanding of marketplace dynamics and the ability to synthesize cross-functional insights into cohesive strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills to align and influence senior stakeholders via clear, data-supported narratives.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams successfully from strategy to execution in dynamic settings.
