Job Overview

We seek an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to join on a contract basis and work remotely. The role involves carefully assessing logistics documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory records to verify their authenticity, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and analyze logistics documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Create annotated sample documents to demonstrate best practices within logistics and supply chain operations.
• Assess existing supply chain processes and suggest actionable improvements based on real-world insights.
• Provide comprehensive feedback on logistics scenarios focusing on documentation and process refinement.
• Work alongside project teams to clarify requirements and effectively communicate intricate logistics concepts.
• Support quality assurance efforts by checking the validity of supply chain data sets.
• Assist in developing training content that reflects industry standards and complex supply chain issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience handling logistics and supply chain management documents including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations and documentation globally.
• Strong ability to clearly articulate technical supply chain concepts in English.
• Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing and preparing supply chain documentation.
• Analytical mindset with a history of identifying process enhancements within logistics environments.
• A master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting while ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
