Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our remote team at Unishippers - Hudson Group. While prior transportation logistics experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. The role demands a self-driven and motivated individual with strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound calls from customers and vendors efficiently.
Providing accurate freight shipment quotations.
Coordinating and scheduling carrier pickups for clients and their vendors.
Monitoring shipments and performing freight invoice audits.
Responding to billing inquiries from customers.
Directing high volume, international, and time-sensitive shipments to the relevant freight department personnel for quoting.

Working Hours

Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary depending on experience, typically ranging between $45,000 and $50,000 annually.
