Logistics Coordinator

Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our remote team at Unishippers - Hudson Group. While prior transportation logistics experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. The role demands a self-driven and motivated individual with strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls from customers and vendors efficiently.
• Providing accurate freight shipment quotations.
• Coordinating and scheduling carrier pickups for clients and their vendors.
• Monitoring shipments and performing freight invoice audits.
• Responding to billing inquiries from customers.
• Directing high volume, international, and time-sensitive shipments to the relevant freight department personnel for quoting.

Working Hours

Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary depending on experience, typically ranging between $45,000 and $50,000 annually.
