Role Overview

As a Lead Practitioner, you will provide vital family services aimed at supporting children, youth, and their families facing difficulties and vulnerabilities. Your work will involve delivering evidence-based, tailored interventions following the family's unique needs and aligned with the organization's Therapeutic Model of Care (TMoC), fostering safety, stability, and growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong understanding of Best Interests Case Practice Model and CYFA 2005
  • Advanced knowledge of child development, trauma, and attachment theories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
