Overview
RobobAI seeks a proactive Lead Generation Marketing Specialist based in Sydney to contribute approximately 20 hours weekly on a casual contract basis. This role demands a self-driven professional capable of producing targeted marketing content and managing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads through digital channels and HubSpot CRM.
Key Duties
- Produce and publish SEO-oriented blog content regularly
- Develop and execute email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Administer and update HubSpot CRM including list management, workflow creation, and lead tracking
- Support website content revisions including blogs, landing pages, and minor edits
- Enhance lead generation effectiveness across all marketing channels
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation
- Excellent copywriting abilities focused on SEO and conversion optimization
- Practical expertise with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing platforms
- Experience designing and managing email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Ability to efficiently prioritize and manage tasks within roughly 20 hours per week
- Highly motivated and capable of independent work with consistent output
