Role Overview
The Land Acquisition Manager at Casagrand plays a pivotal role in sourcing and securing land parcels for development projects by conducting detailed feasibility studies and market analyses. This position requires managing the entire acquisition lifecycle, from land identification through negotiation, due diligence, and regulatory compliance to final acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable land parcels aligning with project specifications through extensive research.
- Perform market feasibility and risk assessments for prospective properties to determine development potential.
- Lead and manage negotiations with landowners to finalize acquisitions on favorable terms.
- Execute thorough due diligence including land title checks, encumbrance verification, and zoning law compliance analyses.
- Collaborate with legal and technical teams to review regulatory standards, site conditions, and environmental impacts.
- Supervise property surveys, feasibility evaluations, and risk assessments to ensure informed acquisitions.
- Engage with governmental bodies and local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Maintain meticulous records of all acquisition contracts, legal documentation, and filings.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent negotiation capabilities and effective communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of real estate legislation, property titles, and land use regulations.
- Competence in managing multifaceted acquisition projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and specialized real estate software tools.
