Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable land parcels aligning with project specifications through extensive research.
• Perform market feasibility and risk assessments for prospective properties to determine development potential.
• Lead and manage negotiations with landowners to finalize acquisitions on favorable terms.
• Execute thorough due diligence including land title checks, encumbrance verification, and zoning law compliance analyses.
• Collaborate with legal and technical teams to review regulatory standards, site conditions, and environmental impacts.
• Supervise property surveys, feasibility evaluations, and risk assessments to ensure informed acquisitions.
• Engage with governmental bodies and local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.
