Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Care Agent to provide exceptional support to our customers within the Americas time zones. This role involves addressing client inquiries, aiding in onboarding and account management, and ensuring customers receive clear, empathetic assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, professional, and clear support through email and chat channels
  • Respond to questions concerning our products, claims, payments, and account issues
  • Assist customers through onboarding, policy updates, and data adjustments
