Since its inception a few years ago, Genki has assisted over 50,000 nomads with comprehensive international health coverage.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Care Agent to provide exceptional support to our customers within the Americas time zones. This role involves addressing client inquiries, aiding in onboarding and account management, and ensuring customers receive clear, empathetic assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional, and clear support through email and chat channels
- Respond to questions concerning our products, claims, payments, and account issues
- Assist customers through onboarding, policy updates, and data adjustments
- Escalate complex matters to management or specialized teams when required
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide timely and accurate responses
- Participate in refining customer service procedures and enhancing the knowledge base
Candidate Requirements
- Residency within the Schengen Area is mandatory
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Berlin time
- Start date must be no later than September 1, 2026
- Minimum of one year experience in customer care or support roles
- Fluency in English is essential
- Possess an exceptionally helpful, empathetic, and patient demeanor with strong communication capabilities
- Enjoy problem-solving while maintaining composure under pressure
- Able to quickly understand customer needs and identify optimal solutions
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
