Primary Responsibilities
- Manage IT hotline requests in both German and English via telephone, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Provide 1st-level support by handling incidents and service requests received through phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues remotely or directly at employees’ workstations and install new hardware and software components.
- Assist staff in effectively utilizing applications during their daily operations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to the ongoing enhancement of IT processes and environments.
- Execute small-scale service desk projects, including evaluations, rollouts, and standardizations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or an equivalent technical qualification with further IT-related education.
- Strong customer service orientation combined with enthusiasm for outstanding support.
- Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
