Job Overview
This position is an 8-week contract role based in Brisbane CBD, requiring on-site presence five days a week with potential for extension. The role involves extensive support across EUC, networking, and telephony in a busy, collaborative multi-site environment.
About the Role
- Deliver Level 2 and 3 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Provide both remote and in-person assistance across multiple locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Support end-user devices, communication systems including VoIP and legacy PABX, and site infrastructure.
- Manage incidents ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
- Participate in after-hours on-call support schedules.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills to deliver excellent customer service at all business levels.
- Preferably 3 or more years experience in end-user or field support within an enterprise environment.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting connectivity problems.
- Experience with infrastructure tasks such as rack inspections, cable management, and patching.
- Familiarity with VoIP and traditional PABX telephony systems.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Additional Information
- The contract is set for 8 weeks with the possibility of extension.
- Work schedule is 5 days per week, on-site in Brisbane CBD.
- Candidate must have a full driver's license along with access to a car.
