Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mohali district, focused on the US insurance market. The role involves extensive interaction with insurance processes, finance-related tasks, client communication, and service delivery within the insurance brokerage arena.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage insurance-related duties including underwriting and claims processing.
• Support insurance brokerage operations and provide informed advice to clients.
• Generate leads via outbound calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to expand the client base.
• Conduct market analysis to pinpoint potential clients and uncover new business prospects.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal departments to enhance client service and pursue business objectives.
• Engage with US clients efficiently, responding to their inquiries and delivering appropriate solutions.
