Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mohali district, focused on the US insurance market. The role involves extensive interaction with insurance processes, finance-related tasks, client communication, and service delivery within the insurance brokerage arena.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage insurance-related duties including underwriting and claims processing.
Support insurance brokerage operations and provide informed advice to clients.
Generate leads via outbound calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to expand the client base.
Conduct market analysis to pinpoint potential clients and uncover new business prospects.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with internal departments to enhance client service and pursue business objectives.
Engage with US clients efficiently, responding to their inquiries and delivering appropriate solutions.
