Work Arrangement

This position follows a hybrid model, balancing remote and onsite work at a LinkedIn office based on business needs.

Role Overview

As an Insights Analyst, you will tap into one of the richest proprietary data repositories worldwide to uncover insights that empower the sales team to serve our major clients more effectively within Sales Solutions.

You will collaborate closely with sales teams to craft compelling data-driven narratives that translate complex information into understandable insights for diverse audiences. Building strong partnerships through clear communication, prioritization, and continuous feedback is central to this role. Consulting with sales representatives, you’ll identify and implement solutions that boost efficiency and manage change initiatives to enhance customer value.

Expertise in SQL for large-scale data extraction, combined with the ability to convert data into influential stories for client success, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize LinkedIn's distinctive data assets to generate actionable insights that positively impact customer business outcomes.
• Develop SQL and Python queries to retrieve relevant data; analyze outcomes using Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint to build persuasive narratives.
• Communicate insights effectively, tailoring presentations to suit partner and client audiences.
• Organize and prioritize tasks methodically to ensure timely delivery of work assigned by partners and leadership, focusing on impactful outcomes.
• Gain deep understanding of industry talent trends and client goals to produce relevant, effective insights.
• Maintain a growth mindset supporting both individual and team development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, or related disciplines, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years' experience in roles involving data analysis, customer success, sales, or consulting.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience writing and executing SQL queries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Git and Python programming.
• Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of leveraging AI for automation or expanding analytics scale.
• Proven ability to independently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Track record collaborating across sales, product, and customer success teams.
• Skill in data-driven storytelling and project management competencies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in an additional European language (Spanish, German, French, or Portuguese).
