This opportunity is for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to contribute remotely on a contract basis, with compensation ranging from $50 to $90 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop realistic human resource scenarios drawing from extensive experience in areas such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, HR business partnering, employee relations, learning and development, compliance, and people analytics.
- Create prompts for models and author exemplary responses that embody best HR practices.
- Assess AI-generated HR content by checking for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to professional standards and employment laws.
- Detect subtle mistakes, unique edge cases, and failures in AI reasoning concerning complex personnel decisions.
- Provide detailed, structured written explanations outlining why responses are accurate, partial, or incorrect.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve evaluation methods and elevate the quality of HR-related AI content.
Qualifications
- At least three years of professional experience in human resources or people operations, whether in-house, consulting, or through agencies.
- Expertise in one or more HR fields such as recruiting, compensation, HR business partnering, employee relations, learning and development, compliance, or analytics.
- Strong understanding of fundamental HR frameworks, employment law basics, and the complexities involved in people-related decisions.
- Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to explain nuanced ideas clearly and succinctly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort in reviewing the quality of others' work.
- Preferred: Possession of a recognized HR certification like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
