This opportunity is for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to contribute remotely on a contract basis, with compensation ranging from $50 to $90 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Develop realistic human resource scenarios drawing from extensive experience in areas such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, HR business partnering, employee relations, learning and development, compliance, and people analytics.
Create prompts for models and author exemplary responses that embody best HR practices.
Assess AI-generated HR content by checking for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to professional standards and employment laws.
Detect subtle mistakes, unique edge cases, and failures in AI reasoning concerning complex personnel decisions.
Provide detailed, structured written explanations outlining why responses are accurate, partial, or incorrect.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve evaluation methods and elevate the quality of HR-related AI content.

Qualifications

At least three years of professional experience in human resources or people operations, whether in-house, consulting, or through agencies.
Expertise in one or more HR fields such as recruiting, compensation, HR business partnering, employee relations, learning and development, compliance, or analytics.
Strong understanding of fundamental HR frameworks, employment law basics, and the complexities involved in people-related decisions.
Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to explain nuanced ideas clearly and succinctly.
Exceptional attention to detail and comfort in reviewing the quality of others' work.
Preferred: Possession of a recognized HR certification like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
