Role Overview
We are searching for an accomplished Human Resources Coach to mentor professionals aiming to advance their careers in HR. This role involves advising on HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. Additionally, the coach will assist clients in developing foundational knowledge of AI and its automation capabilities to enhance productivity. Support extends to career navigation services such as resume and cover letter reviews, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview preparation including behavioral techniques, networking, promotion planning, salary negotiations, freelancing, and continuous skill development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidates should have direct experience in HR or people operations, prior coaching or mentorship experience, and a methodical approach to fostering growth in clients’ expertise and career paths. Coaches enjoy setting their own schedules and rates, conduct virtual sessions, and collaborate with the team to ensure each client receives a high-quality and supportive experience.
