We are currently looking for a seasoned General Management Coach to guide managers and emerging leaders in developing their leadership skills and workplace effectiveness. The coaching involves mentoring in areas such as change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, innovation and creativity, problem-solving, and time management. Additionally, coaches assist clients in gaining proficiency in AI fundamentals and automation to optimize their work processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship on complex organizational challenges including change management and conflict resolution.
- Develop clients' leadership capabilities focusing on emotional intelligence, ethical practices, and innovative thinking.
- Assist clients in acquiring knowledge of AI fundamentals and automating workflows for enhanced productivity.
- Support career progression through resume and professional profile evaluations and networking strategy development.
- Schedule and conduct virtual coaching sessions with flexibility in hours and rates.
- Collaborate with company teams to ensure a consistent, supportive, and high-quality coaching experience.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses practical experience in management or leadership roles.
- Experience in coaching or mentoring individuals or teams.
- Employs a clear and structured method to assist clients in navigating organizational complexities.
