Role Overview
We are seeking a Human Resource Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment cycle effectively, ensuring a smooth and positive journey for candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify and attract candidates via popular job platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar channels.
- Conduct resume evaluation and shortlist applicants who meet job criteria.
- Perform preliminary HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between applicants and the hiring team.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the hiring stages.
- Maintain detailed records of candidates and keep recruitment tracking tools up to date.
- Ensure all candidates have a positive and engaging experience during recruitment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Experience ranging from 3 months internship to 12 months in HR recruitment roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Proven use of job portal platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Canva, video editing, and AI-assisted tools is advantageous.
- Applications from female candidates are preferred.
- Availability to join immediately is essential.
