Human Resource Recruiter

Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resource Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment cycle effectively, ensuring a smooth and positive journey for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and attract candidates via popular job platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar channels.
• Conduct resume evaluation and shortlist applicants who meet job criteria.
• Perform preliminary HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between applicants and the hiring team.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the hiring stages.
• Maintain detailed records of candidates and keep recruitment tracking tools up to date.
• Ensure all candidates have a positive and engaging experience during recruitment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Experience ranging from 3 months internship to 12 months in HR recruitment roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Proven use of job portal platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Canva, video editing, and AI-assisted tools is advantageous.
• Applications from female candidates are preferred.
• Availability to join immediately is essential.
