Role Overview
As an HR Co-Ordinator reporting to the HR Operations Lead, you will ensure that HR procedures comply with best practices and legal requirements across Ireland and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute employee contracts and paperwork with meticulous accuracy.
- Organize onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Support job posting and candidate sourcing activities.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and interact with candidates.
- Assist with work permit processes and relocation arrangements.
- Maintain and update employee information and HR databases confidentially.
- Manage statutory leave records and ensure regulatory compliance, particularly data protection protocols.
- Address employee inquiries in collaboration with senior HR members.
- Administer the HR mailbox, directing queries appropriately and tracking trends to recommend improvements.
- Help implement employee engagement programs.
- Handle resignation procedures including return of company property and exit interviews.
- Organize training sessions, track attendance, and gather feedback.
- Support training materials preparation.
- Maintain data integrity for HR reports and presentations.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration within set deadlines.
- Monitor absences and liaise with managers as necessary.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts and aid payroll and recruitment functions.
- Support rollout of health and wellbeing initiatives including an Employee Assistance Programme.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years experience in a relevant HR role.
- Knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
- A recognized Human Resources qualification.
- Must possess full working rights in Ireland.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills capable of engaging with all employee levels.
