Role Overview and Core Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the park through daily upkeep activities.
• Ensure park facilities such as amenities, camp kitchens, and playgrounds remain clean and well-kept.
• Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, litter collection, and general grounds maintenance.
• Conduct routine repairs and maintenance across accommodation and park infrastructure.
• Oversee and care for park equipment and maintenance tools.
• Follow all safety protocols to provide a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Respond efficiently and professionally to visitor requests and concerns.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proven experience in groundskeeping and upkeep.
• Skilled in performing maintenance for buildings and grounds.
• Detail-oriented to maintain safety and site aesthetics.
• Competence in operating grounds maintenance machinery and power tools safely.
• Strong time management abilities and willingness to work within a seven-day roster.
• Trade qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in pool maintenance is considered a plus.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.

Additional Information and Conditions

• Employment contingent on provision of a Federal Police Clearance prior to hiring.
• The position involves manual labor including lifting items up to 20kg, kneeling, squatting, handling chemicals, and using machinery.
