Principal Duties

• Assist in delivering water resource initiatives involving flood assessments, modeling, and data analysis
• Participate in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to understand water dynamics including flood and drainage scenarios
• Analyze technical data and model results to help inform project decisions
• Collaborate with team members on integrated modeling, design, and reporting efforts
• Develop proficiency in industry-standard software and best practices through both formal learning and practical assignments

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Environmental Science or closely related field
• Basic experience or understanding of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software such as TUFLOW, HEC-RAS, or Source
• Familiarity with stormwater design and modeling tools like 12D or Drains is advantageous
