Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and supporting a variety of engineering projects.
- Analyze technical and operational data to identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and updates on project progress.
- Support troubleshooting of technical and operational challenges.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.
- Recent graduate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good grasp of engineering concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- High attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies and engineering practices.
Preferred Skills
- Basic familiarity with engineering software applicable to your discipline, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, Python, or equivalents.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods is a plus.
- Participation in academic engineering projects, internships, or placements is beneficial but not mandatory.
