Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.
• Recent graduate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good grasp of engineering concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• High attention to detail and dedication to quality.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies and engineering practices.

Preferred Skills

• Basic familiarity with engineering software applicable to your discipline, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, Python, or equivalents.

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods is a plus.
