About the Role
The General Manager at JETSET Pilates is a key leadership position focused on overseeing the studio's overall operations, team development, and business growth. This role demands a hands-on leader who not only manages daily activities but also exemplifies the qualities of a top-tier instructor and ambassador of the JETSET Pilates brand and workouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to handle day-to-day studio operations and implement company-wide strategies, policies, and procedures effectively.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and maintain a fitness experience aligned with JETSET Pilates standards.
- Generate and analyze performance reports covering sales, class utilization, member retention, expenses, and payroll.
- Design and execute targeted local marketing campaigns to attract new clients and surpass studio goals.
- Responsively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring positive and timely communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with local health, fitness, and wellness communities, influencers, and potential corporate partners.
- Manage scheduling for both classes and staff, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management for supplies, retail stock, and refreshments as required.
- Organize and lead team meetings and social events to support team cohesion and culture.
- Handle recruitment and hiring processes for instructors and studio leads while fostering their career advancement.
- Drive key performance indicators including class frequency, studio utilization, first-time visits, and membership growth.
Additional Expectations
The General Manager is expected to complete the JETSET Pilates training program and teach on average 8 classes weekly. Additionally, they must be present in the studio during class times for at least 25 classes per week.
