Role Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in managing the resort's entire Food & Beverage operations, aiming to maximize guest satisfaction, enhance team performance, and improve business outcomes. Core responsibilities focus on ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment, delivering high-quality products, and fostering a cohesive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain exemplary guest satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Guarantee compliance with brand standards and Food & Beverage operational guidelines.
• Create and nurture a strong team atmosphere by training and empowering staff members.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary workplace environment for both guests and employees.
• Manage daily team relations and encourage staff problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Management or a closely related field.
• Prior work experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations.
