  • Arrange the supply of ship spares and stores once the relevant approvals are received.
  • Manage collection, storage, consolidation, and final delivery of spares to vessels, including last-mile coordination where needed.
  • Share shipment details with the vessel and the appointed agents.
  • Track every order through to completion and onboard receipt.
  • Address supply mismatches or discrepancies with suppliers as reported by the vessel or fleet cell.
  • Review and process invoices according to procedure before sending them to Accounts for payment.
  • Provide out-of-hours support in urgent cases for assigned vessels or Fleet Superintendents when required.

Requirements
