Key Responsibilities

• Develop precise grading standards tailored to real-world accounting deliverables, such as reconciliations, month-end close documentation, and financial statements.
• Evaluate both AI-produced and human-prepared work samples against established benchmarks, providing comprehensive written explanations for each score awarded.
• Maintain consistent, evidence-supported scoring practices to ensure reproducibility and defensibility of assessments.
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and efficiently revise your assessments as needed.
• Work independently and asynchronously in collaboration to improve AI models related to accounting functions.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in accounting.
• Professional background in audit, assurance, or advisory with top-tier global accounting firms or senior accounting positions at large publicly traded companies.
• Possession of CPA designation or an equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in applying US GAAP standards, managing month-end closing procedures, account reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and maintaining audit-ready workpapers.
• Exceptional written communication capabilities.
• Detail-focused, consistent, and comfortable operating within a peer-reviewed framework.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with AI training, evaluation, or projects involving human data collaboration.
