Overview
Our client, a dynamic real estate company based in Dubai, is actively searching for a proficient Finance Manager. This role demands in-depth expertise in financial accounting, reporting, internal controls, and ensuring compliance within the UAE's regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for precise financial reporting, guiding audit processes, managing VAT and Corporate Tax obligations, and upholding adherence to relevant accounting standards and statutory mandates. Additionally, they will support business commercial performance through strategic financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow oversight, financial modelling, and performance analysis.
Collaboration with senior leadership will be essential for evaluating investment proposals, tracking profitability of projects, and pinpointing avenues for financial enhancement.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should possess a professional accounting accreditation and extensive finance experience, especially in real estate, property development, or construction industries. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE accounting principles, tax legislation, and compliance is vital. Expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and commercial finance is also required. Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective stakeholder management skills are mandatory.
