Opportunity Overview
Join a prominent multi-site consumer business experiencing significant growth as a Financial Controller. This role is based in Central London with hybrid working arrangements and offers a competitive package up to £90,000 plus bonus and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior leadership in achieving organizational objectives.
- Lead the preparation and oversight of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
- Drive continuous enhancement of financial systems and operational processes.
- Manage monthly management accounts and ensure accurate month-end closing procedures.
- Supervise cash flow management and audit operations.
- Maintain regular communication with senior stakeholders as well as non-financial teams.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
- Support business expansion, new site development, and various strategic projects.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of professional accounting qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
- Experience managing finance functions across multiple sites within consumer sectors like retail, hospitality, or leisure.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team and exhibit initiative independently.
