This full-time, field-based position requires a valid U.S. driver's license and passing a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening. The role calls for working Wednesday through Sunday in assigned markets, such as San Diego, CA or Auburn, WA, with a pay rate of $25 per hour plus overtime as needed.

Position Overview

The Field Execution Representative reports to the Regional Manager and functions as a brand ambassador for CELSIUS across various distribution channels including grocery stores, specialty shops, health clubs, and convenience stores. This role demands proactive marketing through the installation of new floor displays, signage, and organizing product demonstrations to attract consumers, while ensuring optimal shelf management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising campaigns.
• Visit target accounts regularly and communicate with store managers.
• Negotiate product placements such as PDQs, displays, and end caps.
• Share sales leads and growth opportunities with territory managers.
• Expand product distribution in approved store locations within account guidelines.
• Maintain proper stocking and merchandising of shelves, cold vaults, and coolers.
• Rotate backstock following specific account rules (independent, chain, etc.).
• Deploy point-of-sale materials as approved by account managers.
• Support new store openings and reset projects.
• Document merchandising activities with photographs included in weekly reports.
• Conduct in-store demos upon requests.
• Develop and organize a list of key accounts for strategic planning.
• Maintain communication with sales, district, and regional managers as needed.
• Complete 15-20 account visits daily and track them via the Celsius sales application.
• Submit weekly work logs including mileage details.
• Complete other required documentation as assigned.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience in retail or merchandising; merchandising experience is advantageous.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule totaling 40 hours weekly, Wednesday through Sunday.
• Self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, and a collaborative team player.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record and insurance.
• Access to a personal vehicle with an allowance provided for its use.
• Highly dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively internally and externally.
• Capable problem solver with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Resides within the county of the assigned territory.
