Overview
We are looking for a skilled Facilities Management Consultant to direct daily operations related to facilities, including logistics and maintenance, while adhering to established organizational standards. This role involves managing service contracts, overseeing contractor performance, and advising on tactics to enhance operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily facilities operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Oversee housekeeping and routine maintenance activities.
- Organize and supervise logistics and support services within the facility.
- Lead and monitor third-party facility service vendors.
- Perform facility inspections ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Compile detailed technical reports, provide informed recommendations, and evaluate contractor performance.
- Assist in scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address facility needs promptly.
- Ensure all contractors honor contract terms and meet service level agreements.
- Continuously seek and suggest opportunities to improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in facilities management.
- Proven track record handling service contracts effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of maintenance processes and logistical coordination.
- Exceptional skills in data analysis and technical reporting.
- Strong communication abilities and experience managing diverse stakeholders.
