About The Role
Join The Coca-Cola Company, a global frontrunner in beverages, as an Executive Assistant. This role demands a flexible, proactive, and resourceful professional who maintains high standards of confidentiality and professionalism. You will engage across various company levels, supporting a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage executive calendars by prioritizing engagements, resolving scheduling conflicts, and proactively setting important meetings with internal and external partners.
- Coordinate travel plans and related arrangements, ensuring adherence to the Company's Travel Policy.
- Assist in organizing meetings, overseeing logistics, and providing hospitality services for senior leaders and departmental guests.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, filing, and data input.
- Manage budgeting, procurement, vendor relationships, and internal finance processes in collaboration with Finance and other stakeholders.
- Represent The Coca-Cola Company professionally and courteously in all internal and external interactions, upholding its esteemed reputation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Completion of high school diploma with some college education preferred in Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
- At least two years of experience in a high-level support position.
- Openness to learning and integrating Artificial Intelligence tools like Microsoft Co-pilot into team workflows.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and adaptability.
- Experience in project coordination and process creation or modification.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Background in arranging travel and managing schedules for executives.
- Previous support experience within professional services, sales, or marketing sectors.
