About the Role
Begin your recruitment career with this remote Entry-Level Recruiter Assistant position. No prior recruiting experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. This role is ideal for recent graduates, college students, or individuals from customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales backgrounds seeking to transition into recruitment.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Part-time hours negotiable with the hiring team
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential job candidates
- Perform initial screening interviews
- Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain communication and follow-ups with applicants throughout the recruitment process
- Update and organize candidate data, collaborating closely with the recruitment team
Candidate Profile
- Personable and confident in communicating with others
- Comfortable using Zoom and computers extensively throughout the workday
- Highly organized, reliable, and self-driven
- Quick learner with a positive and proactive mindset
- Motivated to acquire new skills and develop professionally
