Electrical Supervisor

About the Role

Prestige Property Management & Services is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team in Sadahalli North Bangalore, near the airport. This role reports directly to the Property Manager and is focused on managing all electrical and mechanical systems within the community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination and management of mechanical and electrical systems in the property community.
• Install new electrical systems including wiring, conduits, outlets, and fixtures following blueprints and schematics.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair electrical problems, and replace defective parts while conducting preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical codes at local, state, and national levels by performing safety checks and identifying hazards.
• Utilize testing tools such as multimeters and infrared cameras to diagnose system issues and verify their proper functioning.
• Maintain detailed records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities performed.

Requirements

• Educational qualification must be ITI (Electrical) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 15 years of practical experience in electrical system supervision or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing instruments for diagnostics.
