Property Manager

Overview

Prestige Constructions seeks a qualified Facility/Property Manager to supervise the daily administration of residential and commercial properties located in Whitefield/Sarjapur, Bengaluru. This position demands hands-on management of maintenance activities, vendor relations, and the overall upkeep of property facilities to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Duties

• Supervise daily operations including housekeeping, security, and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors providing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance services.
• Ensure prompt maintenance activities and resolve any complaints or issues effectively.
• Carry out routine property inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Address tenant and resident inquiries to uphold service satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage utility consumption such as electricity and water to optimize operating costs.
• Comply with all relevant safety, fire, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years' experience in facility or property management roles.
• Proficient knowledge of maintenance systems covering electrical, plumbing, and HVAC operations.
• Proven skills in managing vendors and teams efficiently.
• Strong communication capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Capability to manage multiple sites or operations concurrently if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate property management, including residential societies or commercial buildings.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance regulations.
