Overview
Prestige Constructions seeks a qualified Facility/Property Manager to supervise the daily administration of residential and commercial properties located in Whitefield/Sarjapur, Bengaluru. This position demands hands-on management of maintenance activities, vendor relations, and the overall upkeep of property facilities to ensure optimal service delivery.
Key Duties
- Supervise daily operations including housekeeping, security, and maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors providing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance services.
- Ensure prompt maintenance activities and resolve any complaints or issues effectively.
- Carry out routine property inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
- Address tenant and resident inquiries to uphold service satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage utility consumption such as electricity and water to optimize operating costs.
- Comply with all relevant safety, fire, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years' experience in facility or property management roles.
- Proficient knowledge of maintenance systems covering electrical, plumbing, and HVAC operations.
- Proven skills in managing vendors and teams efficiently.
- Strong communication capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
- Capability to manage multiple sites or operations concurrently if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate property management, including residential societies or commercial buildings.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance regulations.
