Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Manager to lead and support a team focused on managing various online marketplaces. The key responsibilities involve overseeing product listings, handling variations, resolving listing issues, managing advertising campaigns, processing orders, and coordinating warehouse activities across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, and 1MG.
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist the team managing e-commerce product listings and variations across multiple marketplace platforms.
- Address and resolve any listing or variation-related issues promptly to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Manage and optimize advertising strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
- Oversee order processing and ensure timely fulfillment in collaboration with warehouse operations.
- Coordinate smoothly between sales, advertising, and warehouse teams to maintain seamless marketplace operations.
Requirements
- Experience working with popular e-commerce marketplaces such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, and 1MG.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate among various functions including listing, advertising, and warehouse management.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle listing variations and related discrepancies effectively.
- Good organizational and communication skills to support marketplace operations end-to-end.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range between 25,000 and 50,000 INR.
